Get Clear Business Administrator

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Oversee Get Clear Social Media

The Administrative Manager oversees our public image including running social media accounts, website, and newsletter.

  • Design and Post to Get Clear’s Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin (4x a week)
  • Provide Insight, Strategy and Vision to Get Clear marketing
  • Partner with Lead Consultant to release Get Clear monthly newsletter

2. Manage Administrative Emails

This person manages the info@getclear.ca account taking questions from inquirers and current clients who have questions about working with us or their account.

  • Answer to best of ability and direct to Knowledge Base (partnering with Client Success Manager)
  • Direct Sales and Operations questions directed to the associated team member
  • Connect/ follow up with interested leads as needed

3. Oversee Client Onboarding and Invoicing

When we get an accepted proposal, we have an onboarding process which is mostly automated but does require some manual work making sure any customizations are taken into account. Administrator is also responsible for client communication in this stage.

  • Use Dubsado for proposals and contracts
  • Work with Asana for project management
  • Use Stripe for sending invoices and overseeing recurring payments
  • Follow up on overdue payments
  • Project conclusion emails (Dubsado)

4. Oversee Monthly Subscription Client Posts/Blogs

We have 25 clients we provide monthly blogs and 4 social media posts per month. All the content is given to us, we just curate it and post it.

  • Keeping things up to date in Asana, our project management software.
  • Working with Sendible, our software for posting on social media.
  • Creating orders from Contentfly, where we get our content for client blogs.
  • Adapting and personalizing client blog content on Quilbot

5. Additional Tasks as Required

You never know what’s going to come up in a tech startup. We are always ready for a new idea.

  • Things may come up that require our team to pitch in and help. Our administrator is a part of that team and provides support and execution when needed.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of helping businesses succeed by taking care of their administrative responsibilities. We expect applicants to be:

  • Comfortable with learning new software
  • Some copywriting experience
  • An eye for great design
  • Able to work from home
  • Great team player
